This award was given to Lillian's and Vivian Stavis at NSW Parliament House to acknowledge the work we do for supporting those at risk of homelessness.
Youth Action Awards
2020
Winner for Outstanding Partnership
Youth Action founded the NSW Youth Work Awards in 2013 to create an annual celebration of the exceptional work of youth services and youth workers across NSW.
Westfields Local Heroes Award
2019
Lillian's manager, Vivian Stavis, won this award for being a legendary manager who gives her all for the residents, students, volunteers and staff. Viv has made Lillian's the safe sanctuary that it is today!
Edna Ryan Community Award
2014
Lillian's received this award when staff and management lobbied against the closure of Lillian's due to defunding in 2014. Edna Ryan was a feminist writer and activist, who went on to create the Women's Electoral Lobby and the "Ednas". Other recipients of Edna's include Brittany Higgins and Mehreen Faruqui.
