Manager of Lillian's, Viv, receives an Elsie Award!

In March, Ruby (caseworker) and Vivian (manager) attended the 50th Elsie Awards Night/Conference where Vivian received an award "for her unwavering devotion to supporting, empowering and advocating for women and children who have experienced family violence and neglect, including as manager at the Lillian Howell Project in Sydney's Inner West".

This award honours the women who have kept women's refuges going and ensuring that women and children were given the support and accommodation they need.

A huge congratulations to Viv!!! Both the staff and residents at Lillian's are privileged to have such an inspiring woman as our manager.
